We are learning about fractions. We have reviewed how to identify and write fractions, and now we are talking about equivalent fractions. The math homework is changing in that it will be mostly problem solving wtih each given skill that the students are learning in class. So, please look for that change beginning next week.

We will learn about types of soil and the best kinds for certain plants. Also, the topic of organic and inorganic soils will be discussed too.
